1st – Keenan & Griffin’s Walkend Boy at Bessbox. Deer red/white male in super condition, his coat just gleamed. Flows from head to tail with a textbook outline and has a real look of quality about him. Beautifully balanced throughout, with a good front, excellent shoulders, evident forechest, a strong topline and correctly angulated hammy quarters. His super movement confirmed his construction, with an easy, effortless, ground-covering stride, which was pleasing to watch. Typical head with good width and depth of muzzle, wide mouth, decent rise of skull and perceptible chin, topped off with a kindly expression from dark fully pigmented eyes. Handled to advantage. BOB and Working Group 3 in a strong group – great stuff.
